Iceberg in Lake Chelan? Yes, and Debris Too!
A report of a Lake Chelan iceberg that originated as an avalanche above Big Creek and is estimated to be about 300 feet long, 150 feet wide, and over 100 feet in depth. Besides the berg there is a one mile long field of debris that stretches across the entire width of the lake and was at 25 Mile Creek on the 9th, moving about a half a mile per day.
