Can we have some Rules for reports?

May I suggest that the moderators post some rules for writing reports on the Reports page? The recent report for Clear Lake is a fine report, but it is general in nature and gives the lake a 5* rating. A five star rating for a lake posted in March is certainly going to be misleading for anyone searching the Lake Index to find a place to fish in March. Maybe the moderators should just tone down a report like that from 5 to 3*.

Aaron and I do the report approvals and have the ability to change the ratings (which we do from time to time). This one should never even have been posted because it's not an actual current report. Our apologies, it got by us.
