Annoying QFC pop up

On the reports page, when reading a report.. Is that QFC ad supposed to pop up and take over the page?
Maybe so? Maybe they are paying for advertising, I don't know. It appears that it does not take over, unless my cursor hovers over the ad, but sometimes that is just what happens.

The ads on that page are Google ads. I don't get QFC ads (don't even know what that is). I believe those ads are being directed to you specifically.
We've had ads like that before, but they usually don't pop-up unless you hover for an extended period of time. Either don't do that, or give it some time and the QFC campaign will pass and they'll go away.

They all seem to be "hover adds" that pop up when your mouse pauses on the add. For me it only takes about 1 sec of hover. Very annoying as that seems to be where my mouse wants to stop when I look at that page.
