How do you post pics that are shown on the home page "picture corner' area? Do you guys choose and can i post one for consideration?

The pictures in the Picture Corner are photos submitted and attached with fishing reports.

Thanks for the quick reply! I posted a report from the Nisqually and a few pics to go with it.
