can't see tool bar.advertising covering it

I can't see the tool bar due to the Cabela's ad. have tried logging ON and OFF a couple of times. can you help?

Been mentioned in another thread awhile ago. Delete cookies, log back on. Worked for most if not everyone that had that problem.
