Yes I have a good idea.Get rid of the banner that covers the navigation bar.

CNTL-F5 will get rid of it, and/or clearing your browsing history/cache.

It's an unfortunate issue that occurred when the new header was added and we apologize for the problems it has caused.

Your browser is caching the old website header. Press CTRL-F5 if you're on a PC and/or delete your temp files.
