Put a link to the topo map of a lake on the lake report page

Right now, the only place to view the topo map is via the lake index page. Anything that's specific to the lake could be put on the lake report page. So, links to the topo map, gps, or anything else would go on the lake report page. Not sure where you would put them, perhaps on the top as icons, or collapsable section.
