Your old chart card still has value

Post by tbrinks » Wed Jan 09, 2019 3:55 pm

Just an FYI, Navionics just launched a rebate card to save you some money on a new card. Here are the details and feel free to contact me with any questions.

Navionics and Garmin will offer a $50 to $75 trade-in rebate from January 1 to December 31, 2019, when you purchase an eligible Navionics or Garmin product from an authorized dealer.
The choice is yours!

Navionics+ Regions, which retails for about $149 qualifies for the $50 rebate, while the $75 rebate is available with purchase of other charts, including Navionics+, HotMaps Platinum, and Platinum+ or Garmin BlueChart® g3, BlueChart® g3 Vision, LakeVü g3, and LakeVü g3 Ultra.
See table:

Rebate Amount Navionics Garmin
$ 75 Navionics+
Platinum+
HotMaps Platinum BlueChart®
BlueChart® Vision
LakeVü
LakeVü Ultra
$ 50 Navionics+ Regions

What you get
- Updated chart data
- Significant savings

Cards eligible for trade-in include products from Navionics and Garmin, as well as most other brands, such as C-MAP, Fishing Hot Spots, LakeMaster, Lowrance Insight, Magellan or TrakMaps.

Trade-in mailing envelopes will be available at authorized dealers. The form is also available to download and print.

The box of what I have says: Platinum Hot Maps. Also says: Lake Maps. Both 'title's are just above the picture of a guy in a Bass boat fishing. I got it about 2010.It's Navionics. Does that count for something that has the lakes for the PNW? I can also post the numbers on the chip/media card if needed. For the Lowrance items I have, such as HDS12 touch gen 2, and 9" touch gen 2 , and 9" touch gen 3. And does any store selling the units have the trade-in program? I wouldn't mind something that covers the PNW, Or., and Calif.

AMX. That will work and no need for the codes on the card. For your graphs and for fishing around here, both the Navionics+ Regions West or Platinum West will have great coverage for the whole west coast. The main difference (besides cost) is that the Platinum card has satellite overlay. The map detail is the same.
