With China's quality control on what goes into their products that's like the pot calling the kettle black.

Wheat a month or so ago, now, shellfish from the West Coast. In between was the grab of International and Japanese waters and a near miss between Chinese and US military vessels. Can you say "Power Play?"

Sorry, but I would hope our government would reject contaminated food as well. It's what we get for trying pass off sub-par goods to one of our biggest buyers.

Could politics be involved? Damn right, but who the hell would want shellfish that tested positive for red tide? Yuck.

And they said "it could last months", which in un-hyped up, non media talk means "it probably will be business as usual in a week or two"

$61 million (China's share) is nothing to sneeze at… Interesting article - thanks.

If China keeps denying shipments. How are we going to deliver the interest payment on the barrowed money? =D>
