Did someone say Court? :-"

Great job with this contest fishnislife. I like the the Quest Field pic personally but I have voted for the Good Dog because I feel an actual picture should win this contest.

Very cool. Way more votes than I had expected.
Just to let everyone know that if you are creating more member profiles just to cast more than one vote, not only is this cheating but easy to tell. You will have the same ISP address for those profiles. And besides, it's really not worth losing the respect.

I am only saying this becasuse these numbers seem odd to me.

Let's not start thinking that anyone is cheating on this poll. The number of new members since the poll started is around 15. This is average for this time of year. There has been over 800 views of this contest. It has created a great deal of interest, just like all the other photo contests have. The results appear to be pretty well balanced.

I don't post much but I do check in from time to time I'm not sure how many members there are but 74 votes doesn't seem to be that many. I voted because I feel if someone went to the effort to create something and possibly put a smile on someones face then it was worth the effort on my part. I've seen this site come a long way since I first became a member and also what a benefit it is for folks new to the sport and for those who want to learn more. Great job Mike.

And actually I joined long before 2007 under the name PELICAN my old pen name on the old Forum.

Now...the Dog, with a WL shirt on, at the mariners game, eating an apple pie........I would have voted for that!!!

How about wearing the WL shirt, sitting in the back of a chevy truck, eating hotdogs & apple pie, drinking a coca cola and watching a baseball game..

or better yet.. dog at the wheel of a chevy truck, wearing the shirt, cab full of hotdogs, apple pie & coca cola, doing donuts in the middle of an empty baseball field! Now that would be the $$ shot right there!:bom:

Now, does anybody got a chevy truck we can borrow?:-"

My apologies to you sir. I was not very clear in my statement. I like your pic overall, but since the poll was coming down to "Good Dog" and "Creative Billboard" I chose "Good Dog". That is what I meant by an "actual picture should win".

Umm......... you might have to find another American Icon, Kevin. Budweiser was bought by Inbev, a Belgian brewing company. Lone Star maybe?
