the caddis hatch we experienced was unreal, and the rainbows are huge. Big water, not really good for lake pontoons, but well worth a guide trip if you have reason for a special treat.

From Redmond, about 5 hrs. I'm working on the guide trip video now. We unfortunately came right during a BIG weather shift but even so, that evening caddis hatch was just plane unreal. I had a fish slam my fly at dusk that just about ripped the rod out of my hands. Amazing.
