Steelhead flies

Post by Toni » Fri Mar 12, 2010 10:16 pm

I got a book from the library on steelhead flies. These are 2 that I chose. 1. Cook's Popsicle and 2. Steelhead Leech

Look for Wannafish A Lure on FaceBook
He said, “Throw your net on the right side of the boat and you will find some.” When they did, they were unable to haul the net in because of the large number of fish.

Very nice. A guy on TV was using somethng like that for pike. So I could see something like that in a darker color kill the bass later on in the year. Tipped with a chunk of crawler on a sinking line for walleye even? But those look like store quality, very nice

Good looking flies; I'd bite 'em.
There's nothing more satisfying than landing a big fish on a fly you tied (or even better, invented) your self.
