Just ordered a new Raymarine A78 package which includes the CHIRP transducer - today only at West Marine $749.99 plus $100 Raymarine rebate. Then I ordered the CPT-200 sidescan module/transducer from Ultimate Passage for another $520. CHIRP quality downscan and sidescan on board soon.

Hi HEWES, I hope you enjoy the Chirp feature as much as I have. I have used mine for the past seven months in lakes rivers and salt water I think it is incredible. I will be adding the Downvue/Side scan to my Garmin in about three weeks.

Both units have shipped, can't wait for them to arrive. Downside to the upgrade is having to bring the boat home for the install. No heat in the boat barn and I don't do electronics installs in the cold.

I'm thoroughly impressed with posted screen shots Bob. I think this upgrade is going to be a game changer for me, especially the SideVision function.
