Yakima Whitefish is SMOK'N hot!

Been smok'n a lot of Whitefish. Here is some nice fish GoryC gave me to smoke which were done this morn'n. The wife likes this recipe. 2 qrts water. 2 cps brown sugar, 1 cp kosher salt, 1 cup Teriyaki marinade/sauce, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp onion powder, 1 tbsp black pepper. Marinade fish 10-12 hrs Smoke at 170 degrees for approx., 3 hrs using apple wood.
