Stuffed Grape Leaves (Dolmathes)

Today Im making stuffed grape leaves. They are stuffed with a rice mixture filled w/ fresh mint,parsley ,onions and pine nuts.I preparing these for a dinner party this comming week for my nieces wedding. I'll be making about 10 dozen prolly a few more for mothers day.After making them I will squeeze fresh lemons on them in the Greek manner of eating them. I normally cut fresh leaves at this time but the weather has slowed the growth of my leaves. They will be a month late.The onions,mint ,and parsley are all fresh from my yard. Using fresh ingredients makes a big taste difference.
