Are Riffe lake launches going to be usable with new levels?

So, I am wondering if the launches at Riffe lake are going to be usable anymore/this year with the new lower lake levels?
Mossyrock park, Taidnapam?
Also has anyone heard or read Tacoma powers plan to fix/repair the dam so water levels can be raised?
