Northwest Fishing Reports

I plan on starting my Columbia River Spring Chinook season in the Portland, Oregon area on the 27th of March. Springers are by far my very favorite fish of the year to target as they are the very finest eating quality fish that the Columbia river has to offer. March 27th - April 10th I will be fishing in the I 5 and I 205 areas. The fishing during this time frame should be nothing short of fantastic. After the 10th of April i will be switching gears and moving upstream to fish the Wind River/Drano Lake area and on up to John Day dam depending on where the fishing is the best, before finishing up on the Clearwater River in Idaho mid June.
