What's this fish collector they're talking about? The rainbows and kokanee's in the lake already go up the river to spawn? I understand they are gonna ship the smolts down to Merwin and let them go to the ocean? What's the point? Why don't they try to do what the Great Lakes fish do, and make the lake the "ocean"? What's the fish collector and the whole plan? Anyone have a link explaining what's trying to be accomplished?
