Diamond Lake Launch

I live in Eastern Washington and one of my favorite places to fish for Kokanee is Loon Lake just north of Spokane. I can barely get into a beached row boat because of loss of leg power. If I'm going to fish that lake out of a bigger boat, I would need to have a dock to access that boat. So, my question is; Does anyone know if there has been a dock added to the launch at Loon Lake? Access to fishing for handicapped people at our local lakes would be an awesome thing to see.
