lol....i thin you can buy pinkies which are baby mice...dont know where at....but wouldnt that fall under the live bait restriction? I'd be too affraid of getting bit by the mouse.

The live bait restriction is for live fish for gamefish bait.

So, go ahead and start collecting baby mice for bait.

Grasshopper on a sm. hook floated by a piece of styrofoam coffee cup under the full moon in a "city" lake for brown trout. Killer. Fun too. They BUST the water for that one.
It's a JOB to catch the hoppers tho.
