catfishing

my kids and i are trying to catch some catfish we can eat. we live in issaquah and are willing to drive up to two hours. we would like to camp and fish, if it is possible. please help with any suggestions!

i was wondering if anyone knew any place toward east of snoqulamie summit. i heard there were channel catfish in the eastern region.
i will also try sammamish this coming weekend.
