Cranberry Lake—Anacortes

Post by Jcverhalen » Thu May 03, 2018 10:18 pm

So to clarify, there’s one in the Deception Pass area but I’m interested in the one in Anacortes proper...anyone have any experience fishing there/know what’s in it?

Wow, I thought I knew the area pretty well. There is indeed a ‘2nd Cranberry lake (IN) Anacortes.
Sorry... nothing helpful to add.

Perch and bass. I’m told there is bluegill but haven’t seen them caught.
Mostly little bass and perch. No trout that I know of.

A good source of info for that lake is, or used to be, the folks at the merchantile at the end of Commercial Ave.
