my dad told me when i WAS about 14 ...10 years ago...that he had fished it and caught bass in it a fwe years back....so that was probably 12 years ago that he cought some bass in there.... I dont know who owns it though...but there could be some lunkers in there cuz I dont think many people poke around there...

Driving by it in the summer it looks like an absolute cesspool, but i've often been tempted to park somewhere and toss a frog in there from shore. it doesn't look like there's anyway to get anything other than a float tube in there (looks like cliffs almost all the way around) though and i would be pretty skittish about letting my legs dangle in that muck.

A couple summers back i seen a little 10 or 12 foot boat in there the is a little place to launch from the back of a pickup but you have to go on someones driveway to get to the little launch so im not sure what the deal is there?

It's a hangout for highschoolers, should see a rope swing there. I've seen fish from the cliff, nothing big. Summer time the lake is swampy green. If I remember correctly, the road that leads to the "launch" is posted private drive. For some reason I thought it was called turtle lake? I've thrown some frogs out there on the way back from dnr, no luck.

Ive fished it two dozen times, mostly a few years ago, only stunted LM bass in there. Very few bluegill, and some bull head. It has potential If the owners wanted to manage it , But they don't. So it is what it is.
