Anyone perch fishing Lake WA or Sammamish?

Post by fetchitup7 » Tue Dec 30, 2008 7:22 pm

Just wondering if anyone has done good on the perch lately; specifically on Lake Sammamish?

Thanks, Matt

I have the same question Matt , , , is anyone catching any perch anywhere on the west side, particularly smaller lakes?

I'm embarresed to say that I live so close to Lk Wa. and seldom fish it in winter months.I guess the other guys grass is always greener then your own.I mean fishing.
When youre up to your rear end in alligators, its hard to remember that the initial plan was to drain the swamp.

I also live close to L. WA, but don't have the right boat that is often needed for the bad weather. I'd really like to know about Lk Samm. perch since it's easy to get a small boat out of the bad weather quickly if needed!!! I've always done alright in the spring/summer, but haven't tried winter perch. . .

Me and a buddy went last week. Fished all day, saw fish on the finder, but not one bite in 8 hours. Water on the surface was 40 degrees. Maybe we were just not close enough to them to get any interest. We'll give it a go in a couple of weeks.
