Gents and gals, I tried a new fish fry mix the other day, Zatarane's "Crispy Southern" style, on crappie fillets and it was awesome! The kids were not available for their opinion, but my wife and I absolutely loved it.
Any other mixes out there that I should try?

yeah that stuff is awesome!!! i replied to somebodys post and suggested it a few months ago. i rarely cook fish any other way now. its great on every fish i have tried it on so far: bass, crappie,bluegill,perch, and trout.
