Winter Panfishing ?

Anyone having any luck on the panfish in the winter not ice fishing just boat or bank fishing ?

It's been good for perch in lake Washington as of late. A boat is pretty much required to be successful and it typically stays good until the spawn in spring.

Crappie still a hit in Lake Cassidy as well as perch
