I don't know about the WDFW, but if the closure is a county closer, the county will/may ticket you. Liberty Lake in Spokane County is noted for tickets given out. When I fish it at night, my wife drops me off and I stay on the boat, then she picks me up the next day when I call Her.bassmasterderek wrote:I love to fish at night. Most of the boat launches will have a sign posted that the park closes at night. My question is if I am still on the water when it gets dark will I be ticketed or will WDFW lock the gate on me?

Most of the places I go will just lock you in after dusk. I try to fish the launches with spike teeth so I can leave when I choose.
