where are some good lakes for this great fish near seattle i also heared that they planted some tigers in green lake is this true?

Hey Jake,
The closest lake to Seattle would be Lake Tapps. One of the more popular lakes of the area. In the summer it can get pretty hectic with water skiers and what not, but if you come early and fish the morning you should be good for a couple of hours. Now they did stock some tigers in green lake, but due to the environment the WDFW stopped stocking them in there. There might be 1 or 2 rogue fish that would be of massive size, but don't hold your breath. For more information on Washington's state Tiger Muskie fishery you can go to www.nwtigermuskies.com. Has a lot of good information. You can also always post a questions on this forum and it should usually be answered within a day.
