Great information! I can tell that someone went to a great deal of trouble and expense to have these made. They are a great educational tool. I also noticed that they are copy-righted by Muskies, Inc.
FYI: "(C) 1966, 2003 by Muskies, Inc. Any reproduction of the poster or color artwork without the express written permission of Muskies, Inc. International is strictly prohibited."
***In 1975 the "Know The Difference" Poster was released. The "Know The Difference" posters have been an important educational medium in communicating the difference between the strains of Muskies and their relatives, the Northern Pike. The CONFUSION between the species has resulted in the unintended killing of countless Muskies. Yes, the posters have made a difference...Thanks to Muskies, Inc. and their many supportive Sponsors over the years...
This poster will be of great help, especially, to those anglers over in the Spokane/Idaho area where both species can be found...
Please feel free to "educate" all our North West Anglers using this poster...If it saves a Muskie...that can only be a good thing

You bet, fish2live, glad to help.
But I can't take the credit; that was all put together by Cabelas's and Gander Mt. back in 1986. It was copyrighted, especially the artwork by Virg Beck (see his signature in details). Always like to give the credit to the author of the artwork; they get little pay and even less recognition. Several people have copied it since.
No one seems to be too concerned about pressing the matter; they may assume that good information is good to be circulated. Wonder what Virg's opinion is, eh?
Anyhoo- I have several of these in a nice 4" by 8" format on laminated card stock that are excellent to keep in the boat.
We are going to be in Spokane on the 15th of May- either stop by the Tournament (only $25 to join in the fun) or find us at the Holiday Inn Express in Cheney that night at a "meet and greet" meeting and I will give you some, free.
Good luck out there!
