Well I have not seen much for musky lures around here so far on the west side of Wa .. kind of expected it.. I guess but abit disapointed .. So is there any place around seattle /kent area that I can find them or do i need to order them online ???

Martekk42 Welcome aboard. The baits don't have to be huge like back east. we use a lot of gear designed for bass fishing, just add the steel or florocorbone leader.
Auburn sport and marine is close to you.
Sportsman Wearhouse in Federal Way has a pretty good selection.
If you need something particular let us know and I'm sure we can fix you up.

Thank youvery much .... One of my personal favorites is the hawgbuster.... I found a place online I can order it if I have to .. Always hate waiting though LOL. .As well as the Rizzo's they are good baits as well .. We used to get out there at dusk just for the top water action and at night as well . Just needed a strong heart at night .. No lights and 99% of the time they hit next to the boat:bom: Really scared ya good but in such an exciting way ... Was a Blast ......................

I agree w/Bill on using the smaller musky stuff. I really like Ducktail Lures spinnerbaits and in-line bucktails because they run smaller than the normal 'big' stuff but still built well. Baby Depthraiders and Shallowraiders are also good lures around here. Any good solid 5"-7" lure will work fine. Some bass lures will work but don't last long thrown on musky tackle. Rollie & Helen's, Pastika's, Thorne Bros or Smokey's will do you well.
