Chapter #57, Muskies, Inc. donates $2,000.00 to WDFW

Post by KUP » Sat Feb 20, 2010 12:36 am

Chapter #57, of Muskies, Inc. has donated $2,000.00 to WDFW, Tiger Muskie Program.
The national organization called Muskies, Inc. has a long and proud history of serving their local Fish & Wildlife and/or DNR resources. The Northwest Chapter has joined ranks with that 44 year old history and has made two donations to the Warmwater Hatchery near Tri-Cities. Late last year, the club donated almost $1,000.00 for another 48” diameter x 24” tall, Forest Green rearing tank and just recently another almost $1,000.00 for tiger forage to help grow the esox hybrid. The 90 member chapter follows the Mission Statement of Muskies Inc. by giving generously to the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife. Various fundraisers are held throughout the year to help the club obtain those goals. In these tough economic times, it is a credit to the generosity of many, in time and money and volunteering, to obtain this success.

Donations to Chapter #57 are always tax deductible,
to the highest extent allowed of the law because they are a 501c3 non profit organization.
This was a group effort by many, many members:
Congratulations to all who helped achieve this success! Future donations are already being planned.
Well done, TIGER PAC!

Tiger Muskies are sterile.
You can't keep them under 50 inches:
Let them do their job: Eating N.P.Minnows

To all those members who helped to make this happen I want to personally thank each of you. I know it takes your time, your passion, and your deeply devoted dedication to this fishery to make "donations" like this happen. Because of the time each of you have personally taken to help out with our many "projects" we all benefit and we all can be proud of our accomplishments as a group.

Thanks everyone!

Good fishing:)
