That doesn't look good. The jug and piston/rings will likely run you $200-$300. My concern would be the bearings. I wouldn't put that thing back together without replacing those. Bet they look worse than the piston. Head should be fine. If you have to go oversize with the jug, you may have to do so with all of the jugs; Not sure. You may be better off finding a used boat/motor to replace it. I think you may be looking at a bit more than $1200 in repairs, unless you are doing the repairs yourself.

I think our fish total was 5 Tigers. Ouch that sucks when that happens with a motor in the middle of the season. Good luck FNF....
