What is the skinny? The Holiday Market newsletter says there are some decent numbers of silvers in the river. Where are they? Would a trip to Gardner be worth it.

I was a week ago below MV and the Pinks looked like were gone.

I spent a few days in Hamilton and the river still was full of pinks and a few coho. I had no problem catching them with a Dick nite. I threw them all back due to how dark they were. The river up there was pretty clear. When I went down to Mt Vernon I saw 6 people fishing at the bridge and about 30 people fishing above the I-5 Bridge of the Stilly. I could see some bright fish on the beach there. The herd has thinned down considerably.

I found some boot humpies up above Sedro. I talked to one boat who had landed a silver.
