Baker lake sockeye

Has anyone been on the skagit the past couple weeks and done any good? I haven't had a chance nor have really ever fished em, was thinking of launching on the toon above baker river and floating on down..... Gotta try this fishery, any recommendations on the skagit/?

Don't fish for sockeye that far up river, only a portion of the lower river is open for sockeye. Near the Cascade you can fish for Chinook, otherwise hit the lake.
