Ramp conditions Spoakne Arm???

Hey everyone. I've had my eye on some Spoakne to Roosevelt confluence reports, but I'm yet to see any more recent news about the road and ramp conditions. I am particularly interested in Porcupine Bay and For Spokane, but I live about 2 hours away and I am a little weary of the hill getting down to the ramp, and then if the ramps are even usable. If you have any info, it would be much appreciated. Thanks everyone!
