Never done it before, so I am just wondering on the setup and what to look for when a fish takes your presentation. I am using the new Hawken Bobberdoggin floats. So if any has used these or can tell me how to set up for BD I would appreciate it. Thanks

Those new doggin floats look pretty cool. But hunter is right, you cant get a better float for bobber doggin than the ceardrifts. You want a float that doesnt go under easily. Have your bobber stop (depending on the hole) about 2 ft deeper than the hole you are drifting. You want the float to tap but not go under. Ideally you want to use stick weight, if you dont want to get snagged. Its super effective and you can fish the same runs that a drift fisherman would target, along with bobber water. Best of both worlds. When a fish takes your stuff the float will go under and stay under. Check out northwest wild country pod casts. They talk A LOT about bobber doggin!
