nooksack steelhead?
Im new to the forum and was wondering if anyone fishes the nooksack for steelhead.
Re: nooksack steelhead?
Hello KR58 welcome the forum. I fish the Nooksack a decent amount for steelhead....emphasis on fishing it I do very little catching of steehead out of it. It is a tough river that gets planted with a lot of fish but gets very few back. I have caught some wild fish, but both hatchery and wild are few and far between. Good luck out there and if you ever want someone to fish with feel free to contact me.
Re: nooksack steelhead?
We fished it last year to no avail. Fish are few and far between when it comes to steel there. Good luck and tight lines!
Fishing isn't a hobby, It isn't for fun. Fishing is life.

A trip to the cascade is the ONLY way to go for steel.
