After hearing good reports, I want to get out and learn more river systems.
Looking at the wallace I can't seem to find any access locations. Most of the area looks private.
Any help would be much appreciated
thanks [thumbsup]

One of the more popular access points is below the bridge at HWY 2... park along side and walk to bridge, or walk behind hatchery and there is access behind there

They have gone lock jaw. Was super hot for a week or so. Still a few willing biters here and there. But not easy!

Fished it last Friday and could only find a few dark fish, and humpies of course, ( how do you snag humpies floating eggs?). I like to fish the Wallace when the sky is going up or just coming off a big rise. The smaller Wallace clears out faster than the sky. So if looking for chrome right now I would stick to the sky. Not to say that their aren't bright fish in the Wallace, but it will fish better once the sky gets a shot of water. Up to say 7000 cfs, then Wallace will be hot!

Just gotta find the unpressured fish, still some willing biters but we need some rain to push some fresh fish in!

Lots of rollers and jumpers at the Sherman Hole today, everything else was dead.

the sherman hole is prob the best hole on the river, the only reasons i dont fish it are because my dad doesnt have waders so he cant walk down with me, and because its combat fishin, my buddy Eamon_Hoffman went 4/7 there on sunday and i told him id rather go 2/2 like i did in a hole where noone else is fishin then stand there and combat fish and go 4/7! just my opinion
