I remember seeing something like a egg loop knot. But I don't remember how the eggs were kept in a cluster, or where the person got their eggs, or what their cure was.GoingtoFish wrote:I've been wondering the best way to float eggs on the river and the info will definitely help!
I know the fish are here. But how to catch them?

yep gotta learn the egg loop to fish eggs. you can buy eggs at most tackle shops, but i think you're better off waiting to catch a hen and cure them yourself. pautzke's fire cure is a good cure to start off with for curing eggs for salmon and their borax o' fire is a good steelhead cure. just follow the directions on the jar. there is a lot of good egg handling, curing, and fishing videos on youtube.
Fishing relaxes me. It's like yoga, except i still get to kill something.
