according to the regs it depends on what part of the river and what the date is--time of year.
WAY TOO much to try and type one fingered, so you'll have to get the regs or look online.

Pick up a reg book and get familiar with it...
Sorry to come off harsh but if you rely on others to tell you what the limits and rules are, you're not going to get accurate info all the time....

yeah i have to agree. it is your duty to know the laws, i generally carry a reg book in my tackle bag and a ziplocked catch are page in my pocket. good to have just in case.
