Hi friends,
I am planning to try the mouth of the Toutle river tomorrow. I am wondering if its still holding fish or not. I tried the barrier dam last weekend, lots of old kings, and lots of people as well. Its not my favor to stand in the crowd, although it produces many good fights.
Any information or opinion will be highly appreciated.
