Guidance on new river

Post by Stark8 » Sun Sep 28, 2014 7:49 pm

Ok ladies and gentlemen,
I have a question and a topic for you. I live in Tacoma and my sister goes to school in Ellensburg at Central. Well, I am going to visit here and would love to fish a new river but I do not really know any true spots or what I would be fishing for or where. I am looking to fish a river for anything, let me know with a little guidance and I can do some research.

That's any easy one. Fish the Yakima. One of the best trout fisheries in the state. Lots of bank access in the canyon between Ellensburg and Yakima. Also good access on the north side of the river between Ellensburg and Cle Elum.
