I'm heading down to Panther Lake but if I were sticking around I'd hit Pine Lake. I live in a community that has a shared dock on it, and I have been dying to get out there but just haven't had the time. the bass should be bedded up by now! Good luck! - Dave

I'm sure I'll be on one of those two (if not both by the time the weekend is over [-o< )...I'm partial to Beaver due to the launch. I imagine the crowds are going to be thick though. I'll try to avoid the combat fishing :eye: .

I'm confused...didn't you just say you were thinking one or the other?

Anyhow, with the luck I've been having with bass I'm not much of a threat. #-o Have yet to get one in the boat this season (although I haven't tried Pine Lake yet :-" ).
Not to mention that if my wife give's birth this weekend, I won't be doing any fishing.

Here's the story, I hate launching/parking at Pine when I'm by myself, therefore I tend to fish Beaver. I usually only bass fish when I'm by myself because bass fishing with a 3-year-old isn't productive and my wife doesn't know how to fish for bass.

Summary: The bass in Pine won't be getting much pressure from me.

I just got 4 today at Joy, 2 smallies, 2 largies. I might hit Langlois or Joy again and a secret spot close by to avoid the crowds with the nice weather forecast.

Nice!!! Goodluck,if you should happen to "accidently" catch some walleye...well you know where
I am:-"

I'll be going after bass this weekend, just not sure where. I'll be fishing smaller/more remote lakes.
I figure most lakes will see heavy pressure and jet skiers. My arms are to sore to toss
musky baits at pleasure boaters right now.:-" :clown:

2 were pretty dinky, couple pounds on both the lmb and the other smallie roughly. I haven't been able to hit anything that big in that lake for some reason. I've seen some pretty large bass swimming in there, just haven't gotten them yet.
