First of all I want to say Thanks! to Suzanne for getting this together ... great job! We are heading out to Bass Lake in King County for our 1st Puget Sound Float Tube Club Fish-In on Saturday, April 18th. This is the first leg of our County Tour. We are planning on meeting at the lake at 7:30 though me and my son will probably be there a little earlier. We will also be having a second group go out next weekend if this is too short notice for your schedule. I am free this weekend and AaronE is free next weekend. Let me know if you want to join us ... looking forward in seeing you out on the water!

'course they don't have biscuits and gravy ... but if they did, I bet everyone would eat there.

Defintely interested, but is there any chance of changing the location to Lake 12? It is just a few miles from Bass lake, but from what I hear has a much healthier bass population. Regardless, I plan on meeting up with you all provided the honey-do list has been sufficiently completed for this week.

Good luck to you all as well. Weather should be good and I'm guessing the fishing should be good all over. Looking forward to reports. We'll meet up soon:thumleft:

KevinK,

No worries... The talk is that we know there are some other local lakes around Bass lake (Lake 12) and if it sucks at Bass lake, I think people would bail to whatever local lake people want to go to.
Just do it. (Nike Swoosh sign)

That is exactly right ... we will see how it goes and check out another lake if all seems a bust at Bass Lake.

You can join us for sure! Looking forward in getting as many as possible together. If you have a tube / pontoon and fins or paddles come on out! I have updated the list with BassinBomber, Kevin K and tnj8222.

We're actually forming a BASS chapter specifically for tubers and pontooners. http://www.psftc.com/ - it's still being worked on and coming together slowly, still have lots of content to add to it. The message board is http://www.psftc.com/boards so come by and join us if you're interested.

The plan is to spend this year working out the details, the kinks, spreading the word, and getting as many people interested as possible. Fish a lot, laugh a lot, and launch everything in 2010 with tournaments, regular group fishing trips, the whole nine yards.

You should join us, dude. You'll have a blast.
