I know Levi Messeburg guides out of the Potholes. You can contact Mardon Resort for the info. I do not know of any guides in the Banks area though. Good Luck.

Levi is great. He grew up on the Potholes and has knowledge of the lake, he will definately put you on some fish.

I would reccomend Bob Adkinson,
http://adkinsonbass.com/ He is out of Kennewick, but does guide on Banks. I have been out with him several times and is the best guide experience I have ever had. Give him a shout, he will do you right and you will have agood time and learn a few things too.
