I was wondering if big bass are nomads or if they have territories. So if I see a bass one day will it be near by the next day or week? thanks.

Bass are predators and big ones need a lot of protein to keep their metabolism going. Like other natural predators, they will have a specific area they hunt as long as the food source is prevalent. This is why you'll find big bass hanging around heavy structure most often - heavy structure means more food, from smaller fish to lizards to frogs. They may have very specific places they like to bed down, and chances are good that if you see a big bass chilling around cover that they'll be in the vicinity on a regular basis, as long as the food source doesn't change very much.

Getting them to hit, however, is another story altogether hehe....
