Nice fish robberelite96. Glad your posting, stick around awhile. We could all learn from your knowledge. We need more great bass anglers like yourself around here. Thanks for sharing all those hawg pics.

Thanks guys. The fish were taken from (in order) Lake washington, potholes, Lake watcom. Trout in stevens and walleye at potholes...
Crankbait and jerkbaits have been very productive lately along with the drop shot... Lucky craft pointers and norman cranks. Berkely shaky head worm, zoom plastics, and panic minnows drop shotting or carolina rigged.
I like to keep my jerkbait very irratic and fast, pausing only for a split sec. and that is when they usually crack it. Remember to fan cast the shorline with crankbaits (dont cast directly at the shore, cast a little up or down the bank or hump, it keeps the lure in the zone longer). Dragging a drop shot in the rocks slowly with 6-18" drop. Flourocarbon is the only way to go because of its sensitivity. I have been carolina rigging a lot lately with lindy rig weights which seem not to snag as much as a bullet weight. That enough insight for some of ya, oh and the only rod to use is a G-Loomis!!! hehehe I know a lot of people who don't believe in high dollar rods but man, these rods are the best and have made a huge difference in my fishing ability plus a lifetime gaurantee, no questions asked...
