i was down there last week and saw someone catch a bass probably 2 or three pounds and i saw a report where a guy said he saw a huge one. has anyone ever caught a nice bass out of there. theres got to be some with all those stockers because that 2-3 pounder was on a stringer of trout and it looked like it could eat them.

Ok, I have a new fishing goal for the year......catch that freakin' monster of a Bass I see lurking at this lake! I always see big fish in this lake, and I'm the one who posted the report. When I posted it, everyone said that the Bass fishing sucks in Wilderness....I just can't believe it....I think some people don't want others to catch on.
Or maybe it really is that hard to catch them here, in any event I want in! I've never been a bass guy, but I think I might be moving over to the dark side.......

i went out yesterday. no bass. the water is still pretty cool so i stuck with trout. i will probably try again if the weather ever decides to be consistent and give us multiple nice days in a row
