Yakima tributary bass fishing

Post by will3140 » Sun Aug 31, 2014 11:36 am

Does anyone know if there are smallmouth bass in the tributaries of the Yakima. It seems to me that since so many creeks flow into the Yakima that some must hold smallmouth. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

Anything below Prosser, and some areas below Grandview. Not much further upriver. The closer to the Columbia, the more Smallmouth, or bass in general.

fishinChristian,

Thanks for the reply. Your comments make a lot of sense as the Columbia holds a lot of smallmouth. Thanks again..
