OK, so what do you do to winterize an outboard motor?

Let's see, you crank the motor out of the water for a few seconds to empty the water pump, you put fuel stabilizer in the fuel tank, if you store the motor outside during the winter you fog the inside of the cowling, and perhaps, you change the lower end gear lube on the motor.
